Where we ship from

Orders ship from our store in Covington, Georgia: Happy Produce Caribbean Market, 2141 Pace Street, Covington, GA 30014.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

Shipping rate

Flat rate shipping of $12.00 per order, anywhere in the continental United States. Orders of $99.00 or more ship free.

Delivery time

Delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Fresh and perishable items

Fresh produce and other perishable items are shipped out between Monday and Wednesday of each week. If a perishable item arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available at our Covington store during store hours — Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM–8:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Select local pickup at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.

Delays and lost packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are the carrier's responsibility. If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
